Photovoltaic Power Plant Project NO.1

1.Project Overview:

The project is located in New South Wales, about 300 kilometres north of Melbourne and just 20 kilometres from the Victorian border. The project includes a 6.5MW photovoltaic power plant and a 10MW, 2-hour battery energy storage system (BESS) connected to the 22kV main grid.

Power generation capacity: 6.5MW photovoltaic module + 10MWh battery energy storage system (BESS)
Project location: Southern New South Wales
Grid network: TransGrid 22kV
Site area: 14 hectares (34.6 acres)
Access voltage: 22kV
Lease term: 25 years
Power generation assets:
• PV modules: 10,320 630W modules (total capacity 6.5MW)
• Inverter: 1 x Sungrow SG4950HV-MV inverter
• Proposed access capacity: 4.95MW (access capacity will be evaluated as development progresses)
• Annual power generation: 13,783 MWh/year (based on 6.5MW of PV capacity)
• Battery Energy Storage System: 4 sets of Sungrow ST2752UX batteries (2.752MWh in a single set) for a total of 10MWh

2.Development Status and Delivery Pathway

The PV plant is directly connected to a 22kV high-voltage grid line laid parallel to the plot boundary. Key workstreams include land control, planning approvals, grid coordination, EPC preparation, procurement planning, construction execution, grid connection and commercial operation readiness.

Detailed development milestones, approval status and transaction documents can be made available to qualified counterparties under NDA.
