The project is located in Finley, New South Wales, about 300 kilometres north of Melbourne and just 20 kilometres from the Victorian border. The project includes a 6.5MW photovoltaic power plant and a 10MW, 2-hour battery energy storage system (BESS) connected to the 22kV main grid.

2.Project Address:
The Finley PV plant is located within the jurisdiction of Berrigan Shire Council, about 450 kilometers west of Sydney. The town of Finley itself has a population of about 2,500 people. The nearest major city is Albury, 140 km east of Albury, with a population of about 57,000. Albury is served by a regional airport and Qantas flies to and from Qantas daily.
The PV plant is located approximately 3.4 kilometers southeast of the town of Finley and has direct access to the state’s 22kV main transmission line.

3.Development Status and Delivery Pathway
The Finley PV plant is located at 728 Plumptons Road and is directly connected to a 22kV high-voltage grid line laid parallel to the plot boundary. Key workstreams include land control, planning approvals, grid coordination, EPC preparation, procurement planning, construction execution, grid connection and commercial operation readiness.
